An attacker does not assess each control in isolation. They look for a sequence: an exposed service, a misplaced permission, an overlooked trust relationship. We examine how those pieces fit together, within a clearly authorised scope.
An engagement starts with what you need to protect and what you need to learn. An application assessment, an infrastructure test and a Red Team exercise answer different questions. We select the format that gives your organisation useful evidence.
The result is a prioritised account of exposure, the conditions that make it possible and the actions that reduce it. Technical findings are accompanied by a decision-level explanation so that remediation can be owned, funded and followed through.
Advanced offensive capabilities
Advanced tools.
Expert judgement.
Our engagements combine adversary simulation, zero-day research and exploitation, and jailbroken AI. Each technique serves a defined objective within the authorised scope.
01
Red Team & attack chains
We connect weaknesses across identities, applications and infrastructure to examine how an adversary could reach an agreed objective. The engagement challenges prevention, detection and the decisions made during an intrusion.
The value for your organisationA realistic view of attack paths, their business consequences and the controls that need attention.
02
Zero-day research & exploitation
We use zero-day vulnerabilities when they are relevant to the mission and permitted by the engagement. Research, controlled validation and exploitation focus on the paths to your critical assets, with handling and disclosure agreed in advance.
The value for your organisationTechnical evidence about weaknesses that established vulnerability checks may not yet cover.
03
Jailbroken AI for offensive work
We use jailbroken AI models as research and analysis tools for offensive work: exploring hypotheses, reviewing code and developing testing scenarios. Specialists review the outputs and decide which actions enter the engagement.
The value for your organisationResearch supported by AI, with technical findings validated by the specialist responsible for the mission.
Is a Red Team exercise the same as a penetration test?
No. A penetration test examines vulnerabilities in a defined perimeter. A Red Team exercise follows an agreed adversary scenario and can assess prevention, detection and response together. The appropriate format is chosen during scoping.
Can testing affect production?
Any active assessment has operational constraints. Testing windows, exclusions, escalation contacts and stop conditions are agreed before work begins. Intrusive actions require explicit authorisation.
Will we receive only a technical report?
The engagement includes an executive view and technical evidence. The purpose is to give decision-makers and implementers a common understanding of what needs to change.
